Grant joined the management committee in 2020 after sharing an interest in TFSS for many years.

Grant grew up in Western Sydney where he developed a passion for supporting children and their families to take care of each other and to know where to access help. As a child growing up he witnessed his parents ensure people were treated equally and with respect no matter who they were and where they came from.

Grant moved to Tamworth in 1999 and is happily married with 3 children of his own. He has worked across a range of public schools in the area and in the Education Office for the Tamworth network of schools. He values equitable access to services and believes that families are the solid rock of our community. Grant shared how he was humbled many years ago to be approached by Belinda to serve as part of the TFFS board, it has just taken a few years for him to arrive.
